The Vice President of Academic Administration is also ultimately responsible for computer services. All who work in the department report to him either directly or indirectly. Dr. Agrey  advises and guides the decisions that are made. If you have a problem that has not been resolved to your satisfaction and all other avenues have been exhausted, you will need to contact him. Any concerns or suggestions that you feel need to be heard at the top level should be directed to Dr. Agrey.

Colin Hill MEd, CNE
Director of Computer Services

Colin ensures that all IT operations are operating smoothly and at peak efficiency.  While chiefly responsible for the back-end networking and server operations, he will assist the other technicians as case load demands.

Adrian Schmidt MBA
Academic Technology Specialist

Adrian's responsibilities include working directly with faculty to support their technology needs in the classroom and in course preparation.  He also works on database and data management project across campus and uses his programming skills for web development projects.

Norman Hansen MSEE
Information Technology Support Specialist

Norman is the point-man for all user hardware and connectivity  issues. He ensures that the student computer labs are operational and also assists with some software issues for staff and administration as assigned.

Dana Penner BSc
Secretary, Help Desk Operator, Mail manager

Along with managing the Computer Services office, Dana maintains the help desk phone, and will provide first level support as able and forward other jobs to technicians as appropriate. She also manages the regular Mail service for campus and publishes the Campus Connections.

Antony Magee BSc

Antony is here on his practicum year providing support for staff and students, he is the out of hours on campus support for students with computer issues. He's a dab hand at sorting out problems and an all round awsome chap.
