Microsoft IT Academy

CUC/PAA is a member of the Microsoft IT Academy Learning Program which is a subscription-based membership program designed to help schools offer students and faculty learning solutions for IT skills training and certification as well as technology essentials for professionals. Access to these resources can help build a successful future with the skills that employers demand. It offers the opportunity to stay up to date on the latest Microsoft technologies. Computer Services is using the IT Academy as the initial training tool for our transition to Windows 7. There are two courses that will be required of staff and faculty. The courses are Windows 7 Essentials I and II. These courses include lab work on a Windows 7 system. If you do not have access to a Windows 7 system you can complete the training on the computers in the 21st Century Lab.
