Important Note: The DEGREE AUDIT is currently not reflecting accurately how courses apply to your degree. CUC is in the process of migrating to new software which will allow you to do more with degree audits. Thank you for your patience. Registration for 2012/13

 

Course Seat Reservation: Course seat reservation for 2012/13 will begin 7 March 2012.  Please see your advisor for course selection.  First year students:  You have now been assigned a faculty advisor.  You can see who your advisor is at Student Web Services.  Note:  This is course seat reservation only. 

 

Summer Term:

Summer term is a PAPER registration.  Online registration will not be available for summer courses.  See Registrar Services for the form required.  Study tours require the signature of the sponsoring instructor before you will be registered for the study tour.

 

Official Registration for 2012/13:

Registration begins online 1 Sep 2012. Registration day is 4 Sep 2012.

 

Confirm your Course Registration:  You are respsonsible for making sure your course registration is accurate.  No course registration will be allowed after the last day to add a course.  Course drop/withdrawals will only be allowed within policy after the last day to drop a course without entry on permanent record.  You may see what you are officially registered in through Student Web Services.  If you have any questions, please see Registrar Services.

 

  

Welcome to CUC Student Web services.
This service is provided to you by Registrar Services. You will be able to:

 

  1. Check what courses you are registered in.
  2. Find out your course marks
  3. View your academic progress towards your degree (Program Advisor Report).
  4. Complete the Registration Process when online.
  5. Add/Drop courses according to Academic dates.
  6. Change your personal address information.
  7. Change your Personal Identification Number (PIN).

 

Note: This is a service provided by Registrar Services. Every effort is made to make the information presented as accurate as possible. However, if there is a discrepancy between the information on Student Web Services and the official records of Registrar Services, the official records of Registrar Services shall prevail.

 

Login:

  • You will find your student ID number on your CUC student ID card. It is at the bottom right of the card after ID#. It is not your full barcode number that starts with 155xxxxxxxxxx. For those of you who wish to know, yes you can get your ID number from your barcode number. It is the number represented by the 6 x ‘s: 155000xxxxxx0.
  • The default Personal Identification Number (PIN) is the month of your birth, date of your birth. So, if you were born on June 15, your PIN will be 0615. You will be asked to change it as soon as you long on successfully. Only use letters and numbers, no symbols. Remember what you entered!
