H1N1 Immunization Begins This Week -- through Alberta Health Services Only

Alberta Health Services will begin offering the H1N1 vaccination in mass vaccination clinics across Alberta on Monday, October 26. Both H1N1 and seasonal influenza vaccine will be offered at these clinics and can be given at the same time. For a listing of influenza clinic locations, please visit Alberta Health Services.

Flu Prevention

 

 

The University College will implement procedures to help protect the health of its employees including educating employees about an influenza pandemic, encouraging employees to practice good hygiene, expecting employees to stay home when they have flu-like symptoms, establishing "social distancing" protocols, establishing standards for cleaning facilities, and encouraging employees to obtain flu shots. Care and Recovery

  • Staff and Faculty are encouraged to report cases of flu to their Departmental Heads
  • Students should report to their resident assistants or Student Services x4033This will then be reported to the Assistant to the President, Tony Reeves at #4014 and at treeves@cauc.ca.
