Use your personal library account to

•  Renew books online

•  Place a hold on a book that is checked out

•  Request books from other NEOS libraries

• See a list of what you have checked out and when it is due

• Check your library record for overdues and fines.

          a. To access your personal library account

·         Click on “My account” 

·         Enter the 13 digit number on your
ID card beginning with 155 as your user ID.

·         Enter the last 4 digits of the shorter number
located at the bottom right of your card as your PIN.

·         Click “Display User Information"

b. Can I change my PIN?  Yes! 
Changing your PIN is strongly recommended for security reasons.

·         Access your personal library account

·         Click “Change Pin” at the upper left  hand corner of the screen

·         Follow the on screen instruction.
