Casey's Cabin

Casey's Cabin is a facility on the Campus of Canadian University College and is located in a beautiful setting next to Lake Barnett. It is ideal for small gatherings such as birthday parties, family reunions, meetings and social events. And it can accommodate up to approximately 60-70 people.

Claude Casey was an alumnus of Canadian Junior College, graduating in 1919 and 1921. He joined the CJC staff in 1931 and distinguished himself as a history teacher, librarian, and dean of men for the next 16 years. He was the founding president of the CJC/CUC Alumni Association in 1945 and therefore this alumni facility is named in his honor. He also served as a member of the CUC Board of Trustees. His wife, Eva White, graduated from CJC the same years as he did and together they devoted a combined total of 100 years to Christian education. They had one son, Stanford.
