I struggle at times to balance all that goes on in my life. But, along with my clients, we work on consistency, planning and balance in all aspects of life - mental, spiritual and physical. Being healthy and staying active is a lifestyle choice. I try to instill in my clients the idea that health and fitness is an investment in oneself. Nathan is currently a student here at Canadian University College and this Fall will be beginning his 4th year of a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. He developed an interest in fitness and weight training in high school and has since turned this interest into a passion. In November 2009, Nathan completed the requirements to become a Certified Fitness Trainer with the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). He hopes to be able to turn this into a full-time career someday. In the meantime, Nathan enjoys sharing his knowledge of the human body and how to keep it at its best or whip it back into shape with his family and friends, clients and other patrons of the CUC Gwen Bader Fitness Centre. Nathan's style of athletic weight training is effective for whatever your fitness goals are, whether it be burning fat, metabolism boosting, endurance, strength or mass/bulk training. If you have any questions or problems with the equipment and/or exercises, please feel free to ask Nathan. He is at your service and happy to help.
