Steps

 

  1. Application Form
  2. Commonwealth: $200 Application Fee with a completed Application Fee Payment form.
    USA: $50 Application Fee with a completed Application Fee Payment form.
  3. Proof of Citizenship (fax or photocopy of your passport or birth certificate).
  4. Official Academic Transcript(s) to be sent in directly to CUC by high schools and any colleges or universities you have attended.  (PLEASE NOTE: faxed transcripts are NOT considered official. Transcripts received by fax or e-mail are accepted to meet the 01 April 2012 Early Admission Scholarship deadline and may be used to issue an Initial Offer of Admission; however, final official transcripts must be received by the Office of Admission, before you will be permitted to register for any classes at CUC.)

Requirements for Regular Admission

For regular admission, students must demonstrate high school course equivalence with Alberta high school courses through one or more of the following methods:

Alternately, you may qualify for regular admission as a transfer student, by presenting transcripts from another post-secondary school with a minimum of nine credits and a cumulative GPA of at least 2.0, or equivalent.

 

What happens if I don't meet these requirements?

If you do not meet the above requirements for regular admission, you may still qualify for probationary admission. Under probationary admission you will be required to complete specific university preparation (09X) courses to fulfil any high school deficiencies and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 during your first year of study at CUC. Please contact the Admissions Office to discuss your options.
