Transcript Requests

 

 

 

Please Note:  Transcript requests submitted between December 23, 2009 and January 3, 2010 may not be processed as per normal timelines due to office holiday hours.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot do transcript requests on-line as they require your signature before we can process the request. Please follow the procedures below and we will process your request as soon as possible.

 

Written Requests must include:(You may download form)

  1. Your full (and former) name
  2. Current Address
  3. Phone number
  4. Email address
  5. Date of birth
  6. Last year at CUC
  7. Name/address of transcript destination
  8. Number of transcripts requested
  9. Your signature (absolutely essential)

 

 

Processing: Up to 5 business days are needed to process your transcript request.
(For Rush or FedEx services see fees below.

 

Cost:

  • $7 per Transcript
  • Graduates: No Charge
  • Methods of Payment are: VISA, MasterCard, or Money Order.
  • Processing will not proceed until payment is received.

 

 

Additional Fees:

  • $15 - $25 for 24 Hour Rush (Office processing and regular mail only)

 

 

FedEx:

  • $15 (from CUC to anywhere to Alberta)
  • $25 (from CUC to anywhere in Canada & USA)
  • $35 (from Union College to anywhere in USA or Canada)
  • $75 (Anywhere International)

 

 

Submitting your Request:

It is critical to include the student’s signature on a transcript request. Fill out the form below, submitting it via:

  3. Email Attachment: Transcript Request Form scanned to include signature.
