Canadian University College recognizes that an academic program can be significantly enhanced by providing opportunities for students to participate in, and in most cases earn academic credit for, field trips, study tours, fieldwork study, research, organization performance tours and mission trips. Student Services would like to encourage faculty/staff to make these experiences available to our students.
Tours/Trips Policy: please become familiar with it, comply with it and refer to it often as you plan your trip.
Of course, CUC must ensure the safety of each tour/trip participant. The responsibility for providing this due diligence rests on the sponsors of the trip and Student Services. DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED BY CUC:

1st Phase
Field Trip, Summer Tour & Activity Request Form: initial co-ordination for all tours and trips, including promotional trips and off campus activities begins with the online submission of this form to the Student Services Office and the Adacemic Office for committee approval. You may proceed with the 2nd phase once approval has been received.
2nd Phase
Student Services Checklist for all Trips/Tours: completion is required: hard copies must be submitted to Student Services along with copies of all required back-up documentation before a tour/trip can be completely and legally approved.
Travel Information Form: completion is required: original copy is carried by the sponsor in case of any type of emergency and one copy is submitted to Student Services.
Tours/Trips Itinerary Form: necessary informaiton may be submitted in any format you desire.
Assumption of Risk Forms required for - CUC
for - PAA
Any in-country trip that is scheduled during the Fall and Winter Terms is covered by the Assumption of Risk Form that is filled out at registration time. A separate form is required for any trip involving international travel. This same form must be completed by any non-student participant for all trips in or out of country.
ADDITIONAL DOCUMENT: (optional)
Immunization Waiver Form: available for any student that cannot comply with the suggestions for vaccinations made by the World Health Organization.
