Dr. Donkor’s primary research focuses on plant-animal interactions. In particular, he examines the impacts of ungulates and beaver herbivory on dynamics of aspen-boreal ecosystems.

Biology (BSc 4-year)

The Biology track is intended for students interested in a general biology degree. Such graduates can then go on to graduate school to specialize in areas like genetics, microbiology, ecology, biochemistry etc. Other career opportunities include working for research labs, working for government or becoming a biology teacher/professor.

Where do you go from here?

 

Among the many who have taken their CUC Biology degree to dental or medical school at Loma Linda University is Sunil Ilapogu–after finishing LLU’s dental school, Sunil was accepted into the Pediatric Dentistry program. Currently, he runs his own clinic in southern California.

The Biology Department offers a Bachelor of Science (4 year) degree with two tracks, Bio-Medical and Environmental, a Bachelor of Science (3 year) degree, and a Biology minor.
