Edmonton Airport And Calgary Airport Shuttle Service

An airport shuttle is available to take students to and from the Edmonton and Calgary airports. Please carefully read the following procedures and policies for booking a seat on the shuttle.

The cost for a one-way trip to or from the Edmonton airport is $40.00 and Calgary $60.00. If you book outside of shuttle dates you will pay an extra $15.00 if there is less than three people. Reservations should be made as early as possible to ensure a seat, try to reserve a seat at least 2 weeks in advance. Reservations made without the minimum three office days notice will result in a $50.00 late booking fee.

Steps to reserve a seat on the airport shuttle

1. Refer to “Airport Shuttle Times” and choose the preferred day and time of travel. Transportation is not provided on Friday evenings or Saturdays. Transportation is provided between the hours of 5:30am and 10:30pm.                                                                                                                                          
2. Fill out the “Student Reservation" form and fax to 1- 866-928-9503, bring it to Plant Services or e-mail it to transportation@cauc.ca.
3. Check your e-mail for a confirmation. Please continue to check your e-mail for potential updates from the transportation department.
4. On the day of travel, please arrive at Lakeview Hall 15 minutes prior to shuttle departure time for trips to the airport. For trips from the airport to CUC, please wait at the airport information desk (located on the arrivals level by the baggage claim) 15 minutes prior to shuttle departure time.
5. If you do not have a reservation but last minute decide to travel, please contact Plant Service ext 4130.
6. If you have to cancel a trip, please do so by calling the transportation department(Plant Services) at least 24 hours prior to shuttle time. If you do not cancel, you will be charged a non-refundable $25.00 processing fee on your school account.
7. If your flight is delayed and you miss the shuttle, please call the emergency transportation cell phone number 403-304-5528 if it is after hours. The transportation dept will arrange alternate transportation for you. Please be aware that you may have to wait in the airport until another shuttle arrives or until a driver and vehicle are available. The cost will remain the same if your delay is due to circumstances beyond your control, example if your plane is delayed.
8. If you miss the shuttle due to reasons that you could control (ex. shopping and not paying attention to the time, fell asleep on a bench, slept in) you will need to take public transportation. Also, please carry extra cash or payment methods in case of an emergency.
9. This service is available for Canadian University College and Parkview Adventist Academy students only.
